Create the form
Start from a template, describe the activity so AI proposes blocks, or digitise a PDF/photo. Then review and edit in the builder.

Add participants and groups
Create participants (ideally with an ID document or date of birth), organise them into groups and assign them to the authorization. You can also import a list.

Publish and share
Choose the access mode (open link, shared code or personal link) and send invitation emails when needed. Signers don’t create an account.

Track responses
In tracking you see statuses such as pending, opened, completed, Match to review or paper received. From Communication you send invitations and reminders; on the dashboard, the Notices bell flags deadlines and items to review.

Invitations and reminders

You can describe the activity in your own words or import a paper document (PDF, DOCX, or photo). Sygnau proposes the form (fields, copy, and structure). You can always review and edit before publishing; AI speeds up creation — it does not replace your review.
No. The person who needs to sign accesses the link they receive and can complete the form and signature without creating a Sygnau account.
Yes. On each authorization’s tracking tab you see statuses (pending, sent, opened, completed, Match to review, paper received…) and can send reminders from Communication. On the dashboard, Notices can also alert you about upcoming deadlines or matches awaiting review.
Yes. Authorizations can collect participant and legal representative details. If the minor has no ID document, the date of birth helps identify them at signing. Each organisation is responsible for adapting the content to its case.
Sygnau prioritises the ID document (DNI/NIE). If there is none, it matches on name and date of birth. If there is ambiguity, the signer confirms and the organisation can review or remap the response in tracking.
An organisation notices tray (bell on the dashboard): pending DPA, possible duplicate participants, authorization progress, upcoming deadlines and signature matches to review.
