Terms of use
Version 1.0.0 · Effective from 7/27/2026
Sygnau is a technology tool to create, send, collect and consult digital authorisations and consents. It does not replace legal advice or human review.
The customer (user organisation) is responsible for correctly configuring authorisations, reviewing forms and data before use, and ensuring they are fit for the intended purpose.
The customer is responsible for verifying, where required, the identity, representation or legitimacy of the signer, and for keeping data up to date.
Sensitive data (especially health, allergies, medication or diet) must be reviewed with particular care. Sygnau must not be used as the sole system to manage an emergency.
The presence of data in Sygnau does not mean it is necessarily correct or current. Users must report discrepancies or errors.
Sygnau is responsible for errors directly attributable to the platform. It is not responsible for user-introduced errors or decisions made without reviewing digitised or AI-assisted content.
Automatic digitisation may contain errors; the customer must complete mandatory human review before treating results as valid.
